The mask showed up in perfect shape and was shipped quickly! I think the only thing I was a little confused by was the plastic tagging system. I would have loved to display the original mask with its authenticity tag in tact, but because it was placed through both the eye holes, it took a way from the mask's wonderful striking presence, so I sadly clipped it off before handing. I know it seems silly to want to keep the tag on, but I like the idea of being able to associate the mask with Original Venice and it's craftsmanship into the future. Regardless, the piece is perfect and beautifully crafted and I am so grateful to have one of your incredible masks.

Easy to navigate website. The photos and descriptions of your product were clear and helpful. The ordering process was also seamless and uncomplicated. I received notifications when the items were shipped and was pleasantly surprised to receive the products earlier than expected.
