I ordered Lemon Balm without realising you couldn't use if with hypothyroidism. I didn't do my reasearch!! The company agreed to exchange my unopened bottle for something else. They didn't have to it was my error. Their customer service is excellent. I will be ordering again from them but making sure I can use the product 1st. Would highly recommend.

I initially chose Click & Collect which was possible via eBay, but in the end did not, and bought direct from Organic Herbal Remedies, as a home delivery was convenient this time. However, I did not get any reply to my message via their website asking: 1. would my Loyalty points have been possible via eBay purchase, or only if as I did I buy direct from your own website? 2. is Click & Collect possible from your own website?

Please don't use signed for delivery. This is enormously frustrating if you have a safe place for deliveries. It also leads to two attempted deliveries by the postal service and then me having to drive into town to collect it. This is not environmentally friendly.
