Well first of all the order procedure was fine. My frames arrived within the time frame they were supposed to. But after that everything else was not up to my satisfaction. Purchased the frames only, had sent them to my opticians to have the lenses fitted to them. When they were in the process of fitting the lenses the frame broke. This should not have happened if the quality of the frame was as good as what they say are. So I have lost money on the cost of the frame and lenses. Customer support, I have sent emails in relation to this and nobody so far has acknowledged any of them. I would not recommend them to anybody. You might thing your are getting good value for money, but If you had the experience I had it will cost you lots in the long run. What is really bothering me is the fact that they have failed to return any of my emails.

UPS deliver the package on day... from dispatched to delivered was 2/3 days its great and very nice packing as well...

Apart from that; timing from order to dispatched can be better but considering the price I will be happy anyway!
