He was really good

Great service. I contacted the driver the day before to confirm arrangements and the driver was happy to accommodate arriving slightly earlier. On the day of the journey the driver arrived promptly and was very helpful.

Our taxi was due to arrive at 2.30 am and arrived on the dot ! Our driver was helpful, polite , kept to the speed limits and although the weather was atrocious we arrived at the airport early and were dropped off at the best entrance for our flight.
I will not hesitate to use Onward Travel Solutions for any future journeys.
Their website is really easy to use and clear. I had to alter my pickup time and again this was so easy and reassuring.

Very professional but some conversation would have been nice

Our driver arrived 15 mins early. He informed us by text that he had arrived but there was no need for us to hurry.
He delivered us safely to Stansted. A very professional service.

While the driver was prompt and helpful his driving was at times dangerous. My granddaughters were worried about his speed which at one point reached 82mph and he was sending messages on his mobile which was stuck to the dashboard on the right side of the car. He also swerved onto the hard shoulder at one point in a quite dramatic way that scared them.

Driver was friendly, the journey was smooth, and he got me to the airport in time - thank you!

A couple of suggestions (not complaints) which would make the experience even better:

- I noticed the driver was planning to take the M6 whereas it's quicker to go M6 toll, so I asked him to take the toll road and willingly paid extra for this. It would have been even better if the driver had offered this option from the start as I tend to take airport taxis when time is of the essence.

- I was surprised that the drop off point was 10 minutes walk from the terminal. I had enough time this time but if the timings had been tight for my flight (or if I had mobility issues) this would have added extra stress.

- It would also have been useful to have a text with a link to track the driver when he is on his way, so I can see when he is nearby. This reduces the stress of worrying/waiting.

Everything was very good.
