The polystyrene sheet sizes are between 2mm and 3mm short on both sides and they are not cut exactly square. The depth in some cases is only 7mm. I was told there is always a tolerance of 10% but the measurements on the depth are outside of this tolerance range. Really disappointed with how my complain was handled.

I’ve been using Office Packaging as my primary supplier for my wrap envelopes. The last order was sent to me incorrectly due to suppliers changing the label on the box.
I’ve been requesting Royal Mail to collect the box, but they said it’s too big. Customer services have requested I take it to the post office. Being disabled. This is extremely difficult.
3 weeks later, I still don’t have the order I paid for.

The quality of the low noise tape and fragile tape is better than all other online places I have purchased from. Will be back & highly recommend office packaging

I ordered 60 plastic containers of various sizes. They are good quality containers from what I see thus far. I use them to store a variety of food in the fridge and freezer. When storing soups and other liquids they seem to have a good seal. With respect to placing the order, the web site is easy to navigate and the delivery was within a day or two as promised. Unfortunately though they did not put enough protective wrapping around the plastic containers and by time I received them 12 out of the 60 containers were damaged. I have since written to them asking for a credit for the 12 damaged containers, not a lot of money but that is not the point, but have not heard anything back from them. So to be clear, their product quality gets an 8 out of 10, their delivery efficiency gets a 10 out of 10 but their poor customer service gets a 0 out of 10 since no response at all.
