The polystyrene sheet sizes are between 2mm and 3mm short on both sides and they are not cut exactly square. The depth in some cases is only 7mm. I was told there is always a tolerance of 10% but the measurements on the depth are outside of this tolerance range. Really disappointed with how my complain was handled.

I’ve been using Office Packaging as my primary supplier for my wrap envelopes. The last order was sent to me incorrectly due to suppliers changing the label on the box.
I’ve been requesting Royal Mail to collect the box, but they said it’s too big. Customer services have requested I take it to the post office. Being disabled. This is extremely difficult.
3 weeks later, I still don’t have the order I paid for.
