Works fine. Very good instructions, no mess replacement. Printer works again like a charm.

Only think that could make this better:instructions to re-assemble could be clearer, instead of saying to do the opposite of step x.

New Epson ink cushion was easy to install for ET-2650 with the instructions in the YouTube video. Resetting the counter (to make the printer print again, using downloaded software) was also easy.

It is rare to find a supplier who provides such excellent documentation with his product. The OctoInkjet pads came with precise and straightforward installation and set-up instructions, clearly-written and supported by excellent photographs. OctoInkjet sets a standard of product support that other companies would do well to copy.

I definitely recommend both the Ink pads and the software reset. I had a problem which I rang into support for help I left a message as it was late. Hey Presto the morning after a real person rang back with helpful suggestions and procedure to correct my problem. Excellent Customer Service.

Having had an 'Inkpad at end of active life, contact Epson Service' message i decided to look at replacing the waste pads rather than simply throw the printer on the tip (which would have happened if I had contacted Epson as it's not new).
I came across the video detailing the process and so I thought I would give it a go. Due to postage not being next day I purchased the pads via that online marketplace, but i got the reset key from Octoinkjet.
I followed the online videos for the replacement of the inkpads and the use of the reset key. All went very smoothly and saved me £££'s.
