Great company, extremely helpful with clear instructions on how to change the waste ink tanks. Have used them before so didn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Having watched the U-tube video I ordered the ink tank pack and code. All arrived quickly and printer up and running in a couple of days. Warnings about what might go wrong were a bit concerning but in the event it was perfect.

Excellent service was a little sceptical in trying it never new about the ink waste pot, was just prepared to buy another printer I read and re read the instructions diligently once the pads arrived I followed the tutorial on youtube then done the software and I was a little surprised but It actually worked was really pleased would definitely recommend. Good Job.

I haven’t used the pads yet, as this was not my first order. I have two printers and my first order was no problem installing and more than happy with the results.
