I was a bit pessimistic about this product, but I have to say that the video instructions were absolutely brilliant and so easy to follow. I would like to shake the man's hand in the video for making it so easy to take my printer apart and replace the ink pads and put it all back together again. I also brought a new reset key and I eventually got there and my printer is working perfectly again. Thank you so much, you have saved me from buying a new printer.

For whatever reason there was an intermittent issue with code delivery. Opened a ticket, got almost immediate response, got things to work in no time.

I also did a stupid, unnecessary thing. They cleared it up without me even bothering to ask them for it. And also did so in an expedited fashion.

Product worked. Support was excellent! Very cool!

Im not spécialiste but i found with the web a very 'clear’ video. Explainations and movie are simple.

I followed the YouTube videos for the replacement and resetting the ink pad counter and the instructions were very clear! And the kit even included gloves!

Watched 2 of your videos one of which sent me to your website to purchase a reset key. It was very easy with clear instructions, I was able to get my printer back up and running. Would differently check out website and you tube video's again to help solve issues. I have added to my book marked tabs for future reference

I recommend these inks. I have recently tested them on my Canon Pixma IX 6850 and the visual quality of the colors are like original Canon inks.
The kit is carefully packed and comes with everything you need for the ink filling process.

WIC code received promptly by email after I made payment. Haven't tried to use it yet because the 'trial' reset the counter back to 80%, so printer is working OK at the moment. I would recommend you to others as your price is very reasonable. I didn't need customer support as the order procedure was straightforward.
