Reputable company. Found online resolution to Epson ecotank Et2750 ink tank full error. Ordered replacement pads and key. Which arrived within 1day. Clear instructions to replace pads online you tube. Had difficulty with downloading programme onto laptop to enter new key but down to my tech knowledge not instructions. Entered key. Printer reset. Error cleared. Printer now back up and running. So glad I found this company otherwise would be timely and costly to have serviced and error cleared by expensive Epson approved service. Will definitely use again if required.

Great services provided. I called Epson to get the reset ke and they would not give me/sel it to me. They claimed it was not a user repair. They said it had to go to an “authorized repairs enter”. That would have cost more than buying a new printer. I love my Eco tank printer but their service is crap
