Not a lot impresses me to be honest and I have never been inclined to post a review about anything good or bad. But I am more than impressed with New Wave Doors.

I found them on the internet and from the beginning they have been nothing but helpful, the fitters were brilliant. Sometimes though it’s the little things that really make the difference. When removing the scaffolding an accident damaged the door and we couldn’t open it. I reported the damage and then had an email from New Wave at about 7pm asking if they could come the following day which they did and quickly fixed the problem. A big thank you to *** and to *** the fitter for going the extra mile. I highly highly recommend. The doors are awesome by the way.

Amazing service from start to finish , nothing to much trouble answered all questions we had , even after sales service was brilliant ,would definitely use again , and recommend to family and friends

New wave doors supplied my byfolds after 8 months waiting for *** windows and doors really let me down , I went to new wave doors and *** got my byfolds turned round in 4weeks so happy will always use them now thanks *** building contractors

I would just like to say thank you to New Wave for keeping us up to date about the fitting of our doors.
Of course I would like my doors as soon as I can but I do understand and sympathise with their circumstances.
I am a Branch Manager for a national tyre fitting and car repair company. We are having problems getting parts and often suppliers cannot give us a deliver date at alI. I am spending most of my time replying to customers who are asking the same questions over and over again. They don’t seem to believe what we say and accuse us of making excuses well we are still repairing other people’s cars, which are the ones we have parts for. I really don’t understand what is wrong with some people. So thank you to the team at New Wave, I know how difficult your job is right now.

My Doors are now installed and they look really good and are fun to use just wish we had some nicer weather. Great experience all round.

I used New Wave for 17 sets of doors in a development which was completed last year. The New Wave is a high quality product that works so much better than any other door we have come across.
We are about to order another 10 sets for our next development and because of the way the New Wave Door works by incorporating them into the design from the beginning, we have been able to substantially increase the amount of fliving space. If your are building a dwelling or an extension you should use these doors because there are so many benefits over bi-folds.
I have noticed a few negative comments about customer service but it seems a little unfair as the current situation is affecting service and supply across the whole sector and I am speaking from experience.. I have dealt with many window and door suppliers over the years and I can highly recommend New Wave Doors on both product and customer service. Their service to us has been outstanding.

A further thank you to *** & *** who came to our house today & refitted our windows correctly. Such a relief knowing that the windows are now properly secured, safe & fit for purpose. They were so knowledgeable helpful and professional even taking time to keep me informed of their time of arrival and explain the aftercare & workings of the doors properly.

I would highly recommend New Wave as a company, we ordered 3 sets of doors from them last year, we dealt with a very helpful lady in sales to start with who answered our original queries, our builders then had some questions so the sales lady put the installation department in contact with them and everything thing was sorted within a couple of days, our doors were installed 2 weeks ago, all be it a little late, but I can understand this given the current climate.We could not be happier with our doors and we are so glad we made the decision to go with New Wave rather bifolds.

My Doors are superb...
We ordered the door some time ago after seeing them on facebook. We wanted to open up the back of our house and when we saw that you didn't have to have the doors fully open all the time but vented thought that would be perfect. They are easy to use and very easy to open. The wait was definately worth it. With the issues around the virus and lockdown, coupled with the leaving on the EU New Wave explained that they were having issues with supply for materials. Although slightly dissapointing completely understandable. They kept my wife and I informed even though sometimes the news wasn't what we wanted. I put this into perspective... there are thousands of people dying around the world and so a few weeks delay on my doors isn't the end of the world. They were trying everything humanly possible to get them made and in.
Now they are in WOW. We absolutely love them.
Thank you to all the New Wave Team that have played a part in the process. It has brought smiles to our faces during very weird and dark times.
Great product and great people. For all those waiting for their doors in the same position as me, it is worth the wait.
