What do you like best? The ability to open and multitask in multiple tabs, the search function that brings up live results, the import/export compatibility with MS Excel. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It can be tailored to specific business needs on a granular level. What do you dislike? There are too many unexperienced users in forums giving bad advice. It can be difficult to source proper solutions at times. Business problems solved/Benefits realized? Integrating all department processes streamline workflows and create large opportunities for automations and reducing workloads.

What do you like best? NetSuite has highly user friendly views throughout platform. Entries are easy to customize, reports are easy to generate and customize, and many entries and reports and searches are easy to repurpose and reuse. What do you dislike? At times larger reports can be lagging, and there are instances where it is difficult to pull in fields into certain reports and searches. Overall, the service is highly dependable and frequently updated. Business problems solved/Benefits realized? NetSuite houses our entire ERP system, from general accounting to inventory and revenue. The benefits are the ability for cross functional team to access the system and share information.

What do you like best? I don't need to waste time to do reconciliation for the consolidated financial report. What do you dislike? Since we need allocated landed cost to inventory items. But some time, I don't which landed cost had not been allocated. Business problems solved/Benefits realized? we have 12 entities under HC. So, we need consolidated financial report each month.

What do you like best? I like the automation and how easy Netsuite makes us for me to complete my tasks. What do you dislike? Netsuite is a very complex systems and that can be a little confusing at times. Business problems solved/Benefits realized? dunning emails to customers. Makes my life easier since customers are receiving those emails and paying their bills on time.

What do you like best? Its user friendly & features available for customizations are pretty easy to enable & I use the ERP pretty much everyday What do you dislike? Terminology is bit difficult to understand sometimes, you have to check notes or do a web search to understand certain field titles Business problems solved/Benefits realized? Order Management to billing to inventory management & accounting

What do you like best? I love that it is user friendly and the customer support is fantastic! What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. I have not found anything to dislike. Business problems solved/Benefits realized? It is great to easily find things that are needed to solve a problem or to answer a question.

What do you like best? Compared to QuickBooks, there is so much flexibility. While there is a learning curve, especially with creating reports and finding exactly what you need, there are many ways to learn to find this information. It actually becomes fun creating reports. It also helps consolidate and is extremely helpful with intercompany eliminations! Customer support is A class. What do you dislike? Sometimes, there are processes that run that run into issues. It is often difficult to determine the cause of the issue and we spend time figuring it out or requesting NetSuite support and get nervous we will not close in time. Business problems solved/Benefits realized? It is helping us with our consolidated information and with intercompany eliminations.

What do you like best? I like the customization of NetSuite and how adaptive the system is to our business needs. It is also highly regarded and used by many companies, which makes it easy to find resources to resolve any issues that you can encounter during usage. What do you dislike? I do think that the user interface seems a little dated.There are a few custom transactions that does not fit our company exactly but there are known workarounds to achieve our goals. Business problems solved/Benefits realized? Inventory Tracking was a big challenge my organization faced. NetSuite's advanced inventory management module solved this issue. We now have clear visibility of our inventory levels and all of the movements for the inventory.
