Pretty good. Good range of eco products. Only issue for me is the time limit on discounts and credits that I have accumulated. I buy things which do not run out quickly therefore my credit codes run out of time before I am ready to buy again. This means you are encouraging over purchasing. That if itself is not very sustainable is it?! Why not offer these credits with a slightly longer shelf life? I would then probably buy more from you ultimately. Worth thinking about? MD

Recycled dish washer brush. Strong bristles easy to hold and cleans throughly better than my old one. Very sturdy.

Used product before so happy to continue using, however the small bag broke in the 2nd wash.

Very pleased with my order, the Bio-D washing up liquid is a new favourite. It’s leaving my pots and pans squeaky clean and the fact it’s fragrance free is so good - no unpleasant strong perfumes that irritate my senses. I’m also using it to make up the homemade cleaning products that feature in Nancy Birtwhistle’s books - and have found it to be a brilliant addition to the laundry detergent recipe, and her Pure Magic/Basic Magic cleaners. Well done!

Easy to order, nice to be able to get natural goods all in one place. I also find the larger sizes useful in the cleaning section, so I don't have to keep looking for them in the shops. Special offers are also very helpful to me

Dispatch is always prompt, and goods are usually well-packaged. (Giving 4 stars because I no longer buy cleaning products with a spray nozzle from them, after a few incidents of leaks due to insufficient protective packaging).

I love this Skoy wash-up scrubber. The only dishwasher in my home is me and this product is a great help. They last well, they go in the laundry. When my last two were finally consigned to garage and garden cleaning, I needed to re-order from Natural Collection. Easy ordering and fast delivery. I'm happy. What more can be said?
