I've been shopping with Natural Collection for many years, I really approve of the products, and never had a problem EXCEPT recently the courier firm have been driving me mad. At the best of times they don't make it clear which day they will be delivering, then send me a slot at the time the slot is beginning ! Then this last delivery they didn't arrive at all when they said they would be and didn't tell me for hours they were 'running a bit late'. Then I had to wait in all day with no delivery. The next day it started all over again with unhelpful communication, or lack of communication, and finally they arrived in the evening. I am going to avoid buying from this firm until it's sorted better. Very sad.

I loved these products exactly as I hoped they would be especially the orange balsamic as I tried this in the monastery where it originated and hoped I could find some when I arrived home.so perfect it’s delicious and so different.😀👍

I chose an item that I thought would be nice for a friend's Christmas present and got it sent straight to her. This all happened smoothly but means I haven't seen it.

I ordered a mixture of products some food and body care. The body care was part of a pamper kit I am putting together as a gift. Everything came as expected but nothing yet has been used. But it all looks good and of course its is all ethical.
