I have ordered from Natural Collection several times now and have always experienced good customer service. On one occasion I had to return an item, and Royal Mail sent the parcel back to me - twice! I rang customer services and they were very helpful, and sent a courier to pick up the parcel.

Ordering was straightforward, and my purchases arrived quickly. I will definitely be using this company again.
