Our first order was broken in transit. I returned it as per instructions and requested a replacement. It was a birthday present and as we hadn't received he replacement two days before the birthday I rang up.The man was so helpful and the present arrived the next day.

There’s always a good range of ethical and organic products - food, cloths household….. Currently delivery is prompt and packaging reusable or recyclable.

Product is great but I was very disappointed by the level of packaging. A box arrived in another box and there was just no need for that extra packaging
