A good choice of items available which are hopefully less harmful to the environment. Parcel dispatched promptly. Unfortunately the coffee bag burst so I did not get all the contents.

I bought this calander for 2025 in the supermarket. When I wanted one for 2026 there were none. None even in the National Trust shops. It is the right shape and size for my kitchen wall and that is why I had to hunt for one for 2026. Luckily you had one.

However, I tried to find out why I could no longer order the coffee I usually use, but couldn't see how to do so.

Everything was fine. Bought 12 packs of CafeDirect coffee as it was out of stock at several of my usual supermarkets.

This has been a hard purchase. I love your company. Have ordered before and it has not been as difficult as this one!
I had to return some items as they were too large. The sizing seemed odd!
It was all in a box so I had to find a bag to put the returns into.
There was no leaflet in the box for returns. I had to go online. It would not let me write into it. I had to get a neighbour to print the label. I then had to write the exchanges I needed.

I only order what I like and want - and the different sizing was an issue.

I only buy fairly traded clothing - I will probably go to the actual sites now.
