Very fast and professional service !
I think the fee you charged was quite a lot in comparison to the amount awarded ie 30 odd per cent plus taxes vat etc
I came to myflightdelayed because I wanted the ease of not having to do it myself, which turned out to be the best thing ever as there was massive complications with collecting my compensation. Myflightdelayed where dealing with the airline every day for me untill they paid, although I was still stressed with the airline, the stress was nothing compared to what it would have been if I had gone it alone. So thank you for your help and patience with me and for getting my compensation for me.

I was really pleased that both claims were successful.
However, my flight to Alicante was cancelled (or rather, not enough seats on the aircraft). This meant a journey to Leeds & a flight very early next morning. Not only did we lose the first day of our 1 week holiday but I have yet to hear anything further about the cost of a hotel I paid for on what should have been, the first night of our holiday. Additionally, after money was issued via cheques to myself & travel companion, I was then pursued for the 30% cost. I was told legal action would be taken & I’d only just received the cheques! Having spoken to a number of people? I think I may have done better just dealing direct with the airline.
Very good service. I was phoned a few times to let me know what was happening with my claim and the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
My claim was dealt with quickly and I received the money promptly.
