Prices seems cheap on the surface but postage costs are very expensive so soon adds up.

Customer service is not very helpful, especially as I needed to buy additional parts for an appliance bought through them and I ended up buying the wrong one accidentally through their advice. No refund and had to pay rip off postage twice.

Not bad products though if you can get them delivered first time without hiccups.
Item was delivered , outer packaging looked ok so wife & son unpacked it and slid it backwards into the vacant slot in Kitchen, how recently finished off tiling the kitchen so pulled appliance out to find a cracking round dent in bottom rhs corner, which looks like the shape of a parcel trolley wheel, wished we had checked every inch front to back at time of purchase, as we are lumbered with a full priced damaged by delivery/transport crew it, will never order again, have photos of damage if anyone wants to see them
Ordered an oven which was a easy to do on the website and it was delivered on time.
Once fitted, it proved to be faulty, but because over 30 days had elapsed since purchase, I was told it would have to be repaired rather than replaced.
I explained that it had not been fitted on delivery and therefore the 30 days should be extended. They then agreed with me, and a replacement was speedily sent and has worked fine.
Their UK Call Centre is very good, and staff are polite and helpful and quick in responding.

From start to finish our experience with you was shocking. From ordering our fire that we couldn't put together due to a design fault, to being told that that it was a one off design fault and you then sent us another fire with the same issue, of which we sent you pictures to show what the issue was. (Still waiting for an explanation!!!) Returning 1 fire to you via your courier firm to only then have the same fire delivered back to us the next day so ended up with 2 fires again. Having to drill holes in the holding bracket ourselves to be able to build the fire which then invalidates any guarantee that we may have had because of a damaged product. Ridiculously unhelpful staff who couldn't understand our frustration with the product. Having then asked about compensation for the inconvenience and lack of product knowledge from your staff we were compensated with the postage charge of £*** against a fire that cost £***. Thanks for nothing!
I had an issue with items I purchased and was told to email about this but the person dealing with this went off so nobody picked it up. I had to chase a response which was hit and miss. The initial buying cycle was good but after care was a bit lax.
I would recommend my appliances and their website. It was very easy site to use and find what I was looking for. The checkout was also good. The item was delivered on time, and for the price I paid I thought it was good value for the money.
Very nice hob. Looks good and, according to the fitter, a very good specification.
I was very satisfied with the order procedure and impressed with the quick delivery and well packaged.
