Mr. Lodge has made my apartment searching journey very easy and comfortable. I was able to secure apartment before landing into Germany and entire process for renting an apartment was super smooth and flawless. Apartment handover protocol was very well managed by Mr. Lodge. I strongly recommend Mr. Lodge for all type of apartment renting needs.

The website should include a detailed inventory of items including photos of items and the cupboard space which helps expats in deciding what all to bring. Also, the description needs to be more accurate. For eg - it was mentioned that the washing machine is in the building but it was a few blocks away ~5 min walk. Everything else is great 👍

Mr. Lodge made our move to Munich completely stress-free. We were relocating from abroad with our cats and were nervous about finding housing, but *** found us a great apartment within our budget, taking our pets into account. On move-in day, *** welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly. Smooth, easy process from start to finish, highly recommend!

Great customer service. Wonderful apartment. Agent met during handover and gave a detailed inventory and tour of the apartment. Inventory and state of the apartment was also documented with photos by Mr. Lodge, which is appreciated. The only downside is that this service is used to circumvent the Mietpreisbremse and charge a much higher rent. Additionally, there is a clause in the contract that requires a mandatory pre-planned cleaning fee that will directly be taken from the security **, meaning that the full security deposit can never be recovered, which is not legal in Germany.

We went in with the expectation that all practical things we would need, would be present on Day 1. That’s one of the reasons we are paying 30% over market on a home this size. They weren’t. Warn people more clearly about what is and isn’t present.

Not knowing the home is for sale was not welcoming. If someone buys this house and wants to live in it themselves, by German law, we are kicked to the curb. That is unsettling and demonstrates that Mr *** and our landlord were not acting in good faith.

My experience with Mr. Lodge was very positive. *** was extremely helpful and attentive from the beginning, always making an effort to support me throughout the process. I am very happy with my apartment and with the service I received.

The company was professional, and we completed the transaction in a very short time. The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to reach the staff by phone. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend their service.

Sometimes to get some answers via email it would take a bit longer than expected, but I was also in a rush, so I might be biased about it.
