Mr.Lodge support was extremely helpful and quick. *** was the one helping me and she was always on top of the discussion, and always available for a very quick reply on mail.
I've felt some concern on the ** being a few weeks prior to the key handover, but I decided to trust the agent and move on. Happily, it went smooth, and the key handover was a success.
