We were very pleased with the service we received. The transfers between islands was smooth and we never had to worry about someone picking us up to transfer us from the airport to the hotel or from the airport to the hotel.

For an area of improvement I would suggest one email that explains air tahiti nui tickets, ferry tickets, inter island flight tickets, hotel vouchers and the welcome packet with sim cards.

I most definitely am recommending to anyone and everyone I talk to. Not much to improve as everything from beginning to end was a pleasurable experience. Communication would be the only need of improvement as my travel companion was given instructions for ferry that caused him to miss the departure and therefore not make timed pick up. When I contacted wondering where he was I was told he did not make the pick up. Led to some confusion but in the end all worked out!!
Thanks again for all the wonderful support and amazing vacation. I will definitely use you again if and when I return.

I was very impressed with the service and contact from *** and her help with planning my holiday, picking accommodation and tours. It all worked out well and I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday.
The only issues I had were the Virgin flights as I couldn't book the seat I wanted and one of the hotels wasn't really suitable for solo travellers due to the location , but would be great for couples

Just a small hiccup regarding the delivery of tickets. We were travelling from Papeetee to Moorea and our tickets, including ferry tickets, had been delivered to the resort.

We enjoyed our stay, and everything went to plan. Other than the Airport Motel where we stayed on the first night (rather rundown), the accommodation was excellent. The only negative - and a big one - was paying around $***more for the Auckland-Papeete-Auckland airfare than we could buy it for ourselves online, which I think, is excessive.

*** was fantastic! We loved all of the islands we visited, and the staff was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our trip. The package we picked was just right for us, and we did add one extra night in Tahiti to explore more of the capital city and enjoy our resort a little more. Huahine was an absolute dream, very peaceful and lush. The Mai Tai Lapita Village was beautiful, with an excellent beach for snorkeling. Bora Bora was incredible, where we mainly spent a lot of time in the water and exploring the lagoon. We were impressed by the crystal clear waters, abundant tropical fish, and thriving, healthy coral gardens. The Mai Tai Bora Bora was a great hotel with its beach, and we had an overwater bungalow, which was worth it! Highly recommend Moana Voyages for a trip to French Polynesia!

Everything from start to finish was high responsive and upon arrival at or above high quality. The arrangements and logistics to get between islands, which were complex, were perfect. We were notified of pick ups in advance, picked up on time and felt informed 100% either through the confirmed itineraries or the online app. We would probably not recommend one of the hotels we stayed at on Tahiti as rooms while large and having a great view felt sticky and smelled of mildew but that was not the travel companies fault as we asked to stay smaller property in Tahiti.

My only quit keeping is coming off the cruise waiting to get into hotel room - we could have been given the option of booking the previous night so we could go straight there.
