We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of our trip and can honestly say that everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was perfectly organized.
All transfers, taxis, ferries, and hotel arrangements worked flawlessly. We experienced no delays or inconveniences at all. Wherever we went, someone was already there waiting for us, which made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely stress-free throughout our journey.
Our holiday was all about enjoying ourselves and creating unforgettable memories, and thanks to your excellent organization, that is exactly what we did. Every island, every hotel, and every experience contributed to what was truly a dream vacation.
We would also like to sincerely thank you for the beautiful gift from the Bora Bora lagoon. It was a lovely surprise and a wonderful reminder of our time in paradise.

The only feedback we would like to share concerns our stay at the pension in Taha’a. First of all, we would like to emphasize that we enjoyed our stay overall. The location was lovely, the atmosphere was authentic, and the hostess was kind and cooked excellent meals. We also appreciated that she kindly took us shopping upon arrival at no extra charge, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Our comments are intended only as friendly suggestions for future guests. Both breakfast and dinner were served at fixed times for all guests, and everyone was expected to gather before the meal could begin. The hostess would then join the table throughout the meal. While we appreciated her friendliness and hospitality, the very structured schedule made us feel somewhat restricted and left little opportunity for guests to relax independently, have private conversations, or naturally get to know one another.
We also noticed that towels were not changed during our three-night stay, and only one small bottle of shower gel and one bottle of shampoo were provided for the entire visit. In addition, there was no air conditioning in the room, and the fans were not very effective, making the accommodation quite warm, especially during the night.
Finally, we noticed small insects occasionally falling from the wooden ceiling. We mentioned this to the hostess before leaving simply so that it could be checked and addressed for the comfort of future guests.
These observations certainly did not prevent us from enjoying our holiday. We had a wonderful time exploring the island by scooter, relaxing on the terrace with a cold beer, and experiencing the beauty of Taha’a. We share these comments only as constructive feedback and perhaps as something to consider when recommending accommodation options in the future.
Overall, our experience was wonderful from beginning to end, and we cannot thank you enough for creating such a seamless and memorable journey. French Polynesia has captured our hearts, and Moana Voyages played a major part in making that happen.
