I’m really pleased with this plant - I feel it looks very realistic and adds a lovely touch to my home. I hope Maxifleur will consider offering UV‑resistant options for some of the indoor plants, as I imagine many customers (like myself) would love to style them on kitchen windowsills where they get plenty of light. It’s also very handy that the plant comes in a pot, making it easy to place into an outer pot if desired. More UV‑resistant choices would be wonderful, so we can enjoy their lifelike appearance on sunny windowsills for even longer. Many thanks, Maxifleur!

I have telephoned and emailed several times to get an addressed label or q code to return an item and its falling on deaf ears im not asking anymore as i carnt do returns myself so i wont be re ordering anything else.

Dear ***, Thank you for your review. Very sad to read that you feel this way. We have been in contact with each other several times. Via telephone as well as through e-mail. So we can't quite understand your review. On multiple occasions we have sent you a return label. Also we have tried to explain several times that returning a product to Europe is not easy since the Brexit. Only when you initiate the return yourself stating it concerns a retour, we are able to the process the return and pay the duties. So again, we feel sorry you expeience it like this. Iam very disappointed with this company iv sent for two lots of orders expensive plants and beautiful and i have to pay my own return postage which is same cost as the returns so i will be left with nothing this is my very last time i will be ordering.

I ordered 2 olive trees - they are quite nice but no olives as per description. They are also quite fragile so handling must be with a lot of care. They are outside so I hope they are ok there - still to see

Thank you very much for your feedback. We had a look at our product description and could not find any mention of olives being included – perhaps you may have seen that detail with another product?

The item you purchased is UV-resistant, so placing it outside will not be a problem. Please note, however, that the trees do have real wooden trunks. We recommend treating these with wood stain every other year to keep them in the best condition.
