I have twice ordered from this shop, and twice i have been sent the wrong products. I have emailed the support directly but as of yet have not received a response. I am disappointed and not likely to use the service again.

The product, when it came was very good, unfortunately when I ordered you were out of stock, so I had to wait a while to get my items. You did keep me informed of the re-stock date and asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund or wait for the items. I chose to wait, and when you had them in stock you sent them. Good service considering the out of stock issue you had.
