Great customer service, very helpful on the phone. Good size samples. Brushed dijon with sawn edges looks fantastic, great mineral veins and depth. 12mm ideal for inside and 30mm perfect for patio. That's what's going down in my project! Great price too.

In some places it hardened like a stone, but at the end of the cartridge, everything that was applied over the course of 48 hours had not completely dried. After 48 hours, in some places, when I touched it with my finger, the patch was dirty and soft in that place.

Thank you for your feedback , although we are sorry to read that you've had some issues with your purchase of epoxy grout .

Please note , with epoxy grout , that it is recommended , as per the listing information , not too use this product when the air temperature is below 5 degrees , or in damp or wet conditions , which , admittedly , can be difficult at this of year , but resin based grout will simply not set (go-off) , as it should , in the wrong conditions , which appears to be the case with your installation .

Please also note that the area being grouted , must be dry , and clear of residue , at time of application , or this also risks the grout not "going-off" , as it should , when applied .
