The customer service from Marblemosaics is first class. I ordered a sample split face mosaic tile and received it the next day. The tile arrived in perfect condition as it was very well protected. The tile is very good quality natural stone held together with a strong glue. I would be happy use Marblemosiacs again and recommend them to others.

Regarding the product I wanted, good advice given over the phone. The packing and protection to the porcelain slabs was very good. Very pleased with the product. Slight delay on delivery

I ordered a product from MarbleMosaics Limited and the delivery was swift without issue, however the item delivered was incorrect due to a packaging error. Upon reporting the error to the team at Marblemosaics, they dealt with the matter very well, and kept is good communication and we received the correct product the following day by DHL Courier and they also organised the collection of the incorrect product to be returned back to them by the same delivery driver.

The product itself is excellent and my wife and myself are very pleased with the item.

Errors can occur, but its the way they are dealt with that shows the quality of the company you are dealing with and I have given MarbleMosaics 5 stars for the whole service and the product supplied, together with they way they dealt with the error.
