Bit of a mix up regarding phone numbers - my fault. Good communication and excellent delivery

Really pleased with the product and delivery. I would use your company again in the future and recommend to others. I had to change delivery day and the office team were very friendly and accommodating.

A couple of minor points.
1. A couple of chips out of the short sides of the coping stones. Likely during delivery. Please use more packing at the sides as I think they might have bumped against the timber pallet during loading/unloading. The edges are fragile. I mitigated this by using these chipped coping stones as cuts for corners so the finished wall has no chips present.
2. Some stains on the coping stones. A rusty coloured stain which I think may be the paint coating off the timber pallet which has been wet and the staining has ended up on the coping stone. Other stains were black and I am going to use a brick acid to try and clean this off.

The ordering and delivery process was easy and the bullnosed cappings for my steps are great. They are well made and excellent value. I particularly appreciated the way the product was crated and labelled. The product arrived in lovely condition.

Easy to order on the web and also to actually speak with a knowledgeable person in their front office. Exceptionally fast order dispatch and the shipping company used was also good

OK - looking at 10% one star feedback and lots of comments about poor customer service I really didn't want to buy from this company - but they had what I wanted and couldn't get elsewhere. Therefore made sure I used credit card to give some protection if the transaction went bad. However I'm pleased to say communication was good, delivery was on time and item purchased was excellent. Overall very pleased.
I'm sure they loose business from the not so good feedback which is a shame because what they sel is good - so thank Marble Mosaics.

I only ordered a single sample but got three, very good looking, samples which arrived speedily. Products all look excellent however the customer has gone for an alternative product.

After placing my first order online I was contacted my marble mosaics by telephone to tell me they didn’t have enough stock for my order. Aaron, the guy that was calling was wonderful to deal with. He went through alternatives and posted me out next day with the samples. He is extremely knowledgable about the products and really helpful. I ordered another type of tile which was actually more expensive but I didn’t gave to pay for the difference. Product was delivered promptly and in time for the builder. The tiles themselves are of lovely quality. I would recommend this company and will be using again
