⭐ 1-Star Review – Broken Promises, Still Waiting

I ordered from Maison and received a package with missing items. After several attempts to contact them, they finally replied and promised to send the missing products. That was weeks ago, and nothing has arrived since then.

They’ve stopped responding, and I still haven’t received what I paid for. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It feels like they just make empty promises to delay things until the customer gives up.

Do not order from this company. They cannot be trusted.

I ordered a large candle that never arrived. Weeks later Maison Parfum initiated a refund and then immediately rescinded the refund within the same minute. I tried to contact them by email and through PayPal with no luck. They never contacted me and kept my money. I never received the merchandise.

Do not I repeat do not ever buy from this site. I made an order for over €*** on Dec 16th said it would be 2-4 days delivery
It’s now mid January they don’t reply to the 10+ emails won’t answer the phone and blocked me on instagram when I commented on a post. Awful awful company and brands should not associate with this company. It’s so upsetting how they’ve behaved.

Excellent service. I will buy from your store again. My only complaint is the shipping fees are somewhat higher than other online fragrance stores.

Good choice

I placed an order for £185 back on 27th July. The order is marked as being accepted. Six days later I contacted them via WhatsApp (one of the methods for getting Customer Service). No response even though I can see they have read the WhatsApp message. I have further WhatsApped them twice, I have called them, and I have emailed them. They didn't pick up the call and they have not responded to my email or any WhatsApp. 13 days now. They used to be good, but I feel I can no longer trust them.
