Charged for next day delivery and parcel was late for my son's birthday. Told delivery' could be delayed in Scotland. This detailed on the website, yes but only if you look for it in another link. Extremely poor service, in fact just a con!

I’ve used the Mainline website for a few years. It’s easy to navigate; there’s offers on all the time and the range is superb. I’ve bought a number of polo shirts, mainly for work, and I’ve been very happy with the choice, price and delivery service. The customer care is excellent. I will continue to use the website and will be making more purchases in the future.

Returns policy is concerning. I have returned a parcel worth a considerable amount of money and I have no idea where it is. I’ve made three orders to get the correct size. No fault of yours but I now have another parcel to return and I’m concerned about returning it as that will be over *** waiting for a refund. I suggest you move away from DPD.
