Everything was satisfactory. I was apprehensive for my first order, since I am US based, but had absolutely no issue. Shipping was quick and efficient. Please never stop making my boots!

Also, if you made the Chelseas with laces and no zippers, almost like the alaskan, I'd be a happy happy happy man. With how I strap a piece of equipment onto my foot, it puts way to much pressure on my left zipper. I'm literally thinking of replacing the zipper on that boot with laces, just so I can still wear it....

I have a very narrow foot and have found the Chelsea Lupino boots to be on the too wide side. I also ordered the size 43 as by the size chart I needed the 43 to get the length. I have put an insole in but still find them to be on 'the sloppy side'. I realize I should have returned them but after trying them outside on the pavement, it was too late. I have had the Alaskan winter boots and found them to be the perfect width and length. The quality of the shoe is excellent.
