I have a very narrow foot and have found the Chelsea Lupino boots to be on the too wide side. I also ordered the size 43 as by the size chart I needed the 43 to get the length. I have put an insole in but still find them to be on 'the sloppy side'. I realize I should have returned them but after trying them outside on the pavement, it was too late. I have had the Alaskan winter boots and found them to be the perfect width and length. The quality of the shoe is excellent.

Measuring my child's feet is reasonably easy. I only wish the shoe size was consistent across shoes. The autumn shoe did end up being a bit snug despite my trying to order it with a little room. The others fit well.

I am very satisfied! I live in Quebec. Our winters are harsh. With insulated soles and thick socks, these shoes are very comfortable and warm. I think I can wear them down to -10 degrees. However, avoid walking in deep snow with them. I normally wear a size 40, but I bought a size 43 and I'm very happy with them. A size 42 would also have been fine. It leaves room for insulated insoles.

Yes I would highly recommend the Cameron and Magical shoes! The Novas are not durable (sole ripped off within a month), but the Cameron's have been extremely good.

As note in review, a Poron slip liner (under the leather insole) and a better sole (ie crepe) would be amazing upgrades to this otherwise perfect shoe.

The boots are perfect, the only thing I would like to change is inner lining: I prefer natural materials, like cotton or wool
