Shipping is a bit slow and return process is more complicated than most online shoe purchases in the US where you can use happy returns or drop them off with a QR code and return for free, why should I pay to return a shoe when the only way to know if a shoe fits right is to put it on, bad business model for this type of product shoe sizes and fallowing measurement guides are never accurate and you also don’t know how you like a shoe till you put it on your foot. I mostly kept them to not deal with the hassle of the return. Probably won’t buy this brand again too many better quality hand made shoes with better return policies at similar pricing.
