Positive: product is good quality.
Negative: can’t believe you don’t provide a turn key solution including electrical + plumbing (downpipe) work. I wanted an all up cost estimate but you can’t provide this. Then I as the customer need to organise other trades. Dark ages by Louvretec as to making saying yes to your quote easy, and buying the product easy.

We also had a few of other small issues;
- we were told instal couldn’t be til late September earliest by the guy doing our quote. That was fine. We were overseas in August. But then we got called in early August by the guy wanting to do the install now (when we were overseas).
Suggests not good internal comms.
- we got billed for completion before the job was complete.
- we got blamed by for delay in completion cause of bees on our property when the guys worked there on the day bees were there anyway, and the real reason for delay was the instal guys told us there was a fault in the aluminium fabrication for the job.

We just ignored this but you have now asked! Overall I think the level of professionalism/service was ordinary at best.

I’m not normally a complainer! The opposite.
