Product purchased is good quality, reasonably priced and delivered quickly. However, beware postage costs! Call Longstones sales office to agree a postage rate as the website rate is excessive for small items.

The sales process was speedy and seamless Excellent! As regards DHL, not so good. Very poor communication and even though I paid duties a week ago, they are still struggling to clear the shipment. They don't give any feedback and I need to continually call and chase up. Perhaps this is just an isolated problem.

Great service, arrived two days from order. Only downside is the delivery cost, double what I last paid
