Misleading product information on website lead to an incorrect item delivered. They refused to provide full refund of cost and shipping which meant I would receive virtually nothing back. Disgraceful!

Misleading information on their website lead me to purchase an item that was not as expected. Requested a return/refund & was told to pay for the return and they would deduct a charge as well.
