Everything arrived in order, I give it a 100% rating, but there was a problem that the addressee could not be reached and therefore the order was immediately returned to the supplier, where I had already agreed that when the order was returned, it would be sent to me again at the correct address.

I would be very happy if you could let me know that you received it so that we can arrange to return it.

The delivery of the order was quite fast throughout Europe. The supplier is not responsible for the error with the address. The error was caused by the post office that forwarded it to PPL. After contacting, the communication was very fast and we immediately agreed on the next steps. So, as I say, I give a 100% rating because it deserves it.
