Bought this to help with discomfort in my left knee during exercise, despite being slightly sceptical of the benefit of knees supports. I am now totally convinced and have bought a second support for my right knee after climbing Ben Nevis. I wore a limitless Flex support on my bad knee which remained comfortable throughout without even the slightest niggle, whereas my unsupported "good" knee caused all sorts of problems and became very painful. Based on my own experience, I cannot recommend these highly enough.
