I ordered from Voltacon after having a conversation with a member of the sales team who was really helpful. I put my order in and received it within 2 days of payment going through. The items arrived well packs with all the bits needed to install.

An order was placed and received, our contractors were delayed with covid restrictions and when they were able to return they confirmed the parts were not suitable. I raised a return request within 28 days but it was rejected.

Lights are excellent and of good quality.
I would perhaps change your carrier though, UPS, first order arrived damaged and had to be returned. Replacements arrived promptly but packaging was damaged again, although lights were ok!

I ordered 8nr microwave sensor switches, they were dispatched with UPS on 03-02-2021 for a 5 day delivery.

UPS confirmed delivery was due on 05-02-2021 but it did not arrive and they have lost the parcel.

As of 18-02-2021 the delivery has not taken place and the materials were sourced elsewhere to ensure completion of works on time.

I emailed Ledison on 12-02-2021 to request a refund and i have not had a reply to date.

The failed delivery is not Ledison’s fault but the lack of reply to my refund request is.
