Everything was very good except challenge that the product didn't suit my fitting. Returns process was very simple and full refund received so only cost was return carriage.

I ordered a lamp which arrived promptly, unfortunately my electrician confirmed I'd ordered the incorrect lamp so it was returned. Returns are often a test of customer service and LED Save processed the return as quickly as they did the original order. A credit has been processed and I would have no hesitation recommending this company.
