I purchased a bridle 21st May, used twice in 4 days of have bridle, the nose band loop fell off! I emailed photo's on 2nd June was told I need to return the purchase to Devon, then sent to Germany and it will take 14 days from then to investigate. I was not happy to and asked for a refund. I have received a voucher. disgusting customer service. Don't use these.

They are lovely boots with a lovely design. Unfortunately I’ve had to send mine back ....The X-full is very big compared to other makes ive tried ... might be worth down sizing .
