Thank you for providing the honeycomb panel to us. It was fantastic to be able to order a panel of this size and have it cut to our measurements - it is not something that is possible in the UK. The panel was of excellent quality and was well packaged. Considering the distance it travelled, the package survived well with one a small damage at one side. This did not impact our project.

The support given from point of enquiry through to delivery was really good. I had no experience of ordering materials from abroad so I was grateful for the guidance received regarding transportation and customs.

I would use Klug again for special conservation projects and would recommend them to others.
