I still haven't received the product. I didn't get an email saying they shipped the product. I got 2 emails.
the communication is below the amateur level.
but I got an email asking how I'm satisfied. below the poor level Attila Takacs

So far 3 days over the original delivery time estimate, requested a call back received an email instead. chased my order by email because there is no phone contact. received standard emails back every time. i buy/deal with 100's of companies daily, and I'm not impressed with this ones level of customer service and if this product is requested again by my customer i would have to look elsewhere.

Clear website with options and prices displayed. Was able to check compatibility with the target device which was very useful for a novice. Service was extremely fast as was delivery. Product well packaged and works exactly as it should. Would definitely recommend and will be first port of call should I need more memory in the future.

I have tried to get a refund for the items I bought but there has been no contact from customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company again.

Memory was becoming very scarce due to the fabrication plants focusing on the more lucrative AI requirements.

Very pleased with the products a hard drive and some memory .quick delivery. Although struggling to load the cloning software on my laptop so have not been able to test them out in the laptop yet.
