scrolling through pictures is to slow, building up the articles online might be improved (IT topic).
customer service activities are just satisfying, communication is delayed.
shipping back is to expensive for private household, a share would be good or some 5% additional rebate.
buttons fall down easily
not to many short trousers of settocento

positive feed back: materials of orders are wonderful, cuttings are best, trousers are highest quality.
made in Italy (even as german i am proud that fashion stays in italy!)
offers of other brands but fitting is sometimes not best

Tracking is the worst I have ever seen on my life
I have not received a tracking no except after asking for it.
If I knew this way of service I would have think several times before dealing with your online store
