Staff at *** are great. Very helpful by phone and called back and communicated when they said they would. Bit of a delay on my order because of stock coming in but they made every effort to rectify the situation. Great quality nursery furniture

I would recommend Kaliedy to everyone.
The first day we came into the store we were met with friendly staff who were so happy to assist us and talk us through all the products. We didn't make an order initially, a few weeks later we were at the baby show in RDS and visited the stand again, all the staff remembered us from the store. and again weren't pushy with making an order. We then ordered and were delighted with the service.
Delivery team were amazing, I was in contact with Rachel who organised everything. The day we came to collect everything was made up and ready to go buggy car seat etc. We really appreciated this and it took away alot of the stress. The staff member went through everything with us and we were confident leaving the shop
Overall I will recommend Kaliedy to everyone. Absolutely amazing staff, we will be back for future purchases

Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. However… I ordered car seat adapters for our buggy. Asked how long it would take. Was told they are usually very quick so about a week. Received them just over five weeks later. We had paid in advance so couldn’t go somewhere else. Very disappointing.
