Excelente qualidade.

The very first time I used the purchased 18" Gope Alfaia the top head broke. I have sent two mails trying to get a warranty replacement but was not successful. I also did not manage to leave a product review on the site, even when I was logged in via the order history.

The Pizzott pandeiro is amazing. It has a lively and responsive skin, it's powerful with great projection and the platinelas have wonderful character with some bright sizzle at times. It sings easily and invites playing. Thank you to the team at Kalango for organising the shipment to Aotearoa New Zealand.

Very good service. I was unsure of the sound of the repinique that I bought as it was as a steel skin rather than aluminum that I was used to. But emailed and had good advice and was told that if I was not happy after breaking it in I could return. Now I am used to it I love the sound and no need to return. Great service offered though.
