Delivery terrible, first delivery did not arrive carrier problems, no contact until the part was returned to Germany - informed this part was required urgently and told delivery another 7 days.
Ordered 17/10/19 / informed of non delivery 31/10/19/informed redelivery 5-7 working days.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are currently working on a project upgrading the 'my account' area for our customers. This will include a document section where you can download invoices, unfortunately, I cannot currently give a launch date for this right now. We will inform our existing customer via our newsletter when this is launched.
We do aim to make purchasing from Kaiser + Kraft as simple and easy for our customers, this project is part of this objective.
