I'm completely concerned about the delivery of a hybrid club. Since December the club did not arrive me.
Now, it is February.
JustshopOK did not provided tax and duty, as outlined and paid within the order. No real service support was given. I can't recommend to order at this shop.
They a ignoring the most call for help.
Fact is, the club is not in my hand right now.

I ordered irons for me and 2 clubs for my partner's Christmas on the 30.11.2020. I received my irons a few days before Christmas but still do not have his. I am really unhappy about this as obviously it was his present and each time I telephone or email I have only had an answer saying it will be looked into.

When I got my shoes I got wrong size. Since 5th of October I have tried to return the shoes.and to have my money back. The staff at customer service did not answer my email, very often I need to send reminder to have an answer from them. I had several problems when I tried to return the shoes. I inform customer service that I went to Greece during a week. During this week UPS tried three times to pick up my shoes. After contact with *** I tried to return my shoes after my vacation. This time Just Shop refused to received the shoes. After a new contact with *** she ordered a new pick up with UPS. I hope that Just Shop has got my shoes and hopefully start the process to return my money, So lot of work and time to buy a pair of shoes. I’m not even sure that I will my money back. This company is not serious and I will never but again from Just shop. I will give a warning to my friends and members in my golf club to buy from Just Shop. They haven’t not given me an excuse that the send wrong size during this process. Instead I had lot of work to refund my money since the 5th of October.

they send a daily newsletter, repeating with the same products, I don't look through it many times anymore because usually it's not another selection
After my visit to the shop I didn't here anything for two weeks. Than I contacted them again and my product was deliverd within 3 working days.
