NOT HAPPY...
In September 2019, I booked a camper van for 2 holidays in 2020 - one over Easter and one for July. As the UK went into lock-down, I contacted Just Go to get my money back for Easter and was told that I could only have a voucher or rebook. Same for my holiday in July.
this is outrageous. Other holiday companies gave full refunds. I am now stuck. they have nearly *** pounds of mine in deposits - and they are refusing to give me the money back.
THIS IS REALLY SHORT SIGHTED BEHAVIOUR
Claim your deposit back from Just Go by complaining to the *** at the following site........***
Don't book with these Covid Con Men.
We hired one of their motor homes to be collected on 1st of June 2020, and paid the deposit. Now, they will not return our deposit despite the fact that due to the current situation Just Go are closed. They cannot hire us a vehicle at the moment and on top of this all the caravan sites are also closed. The Government have also prevented unnecessary travel.. However they still insist on keeping our deposit. So if anyone is thinking of booking with Just Go , I would just go somewhere that treats customers fairly, instead of using covid as an excuse to keep deposits.
Very good review service. Let's hope the third parties concerned take the appropriate actions to improve their woeful customer service.

I hired a motorhome from Just Go Motorhomes in October last year for pick-up on the 1st of June 2020. I paid a deposit for the hire. Due to the current coronavirus situation they are in fact closed and cannot supply the motorhome on the agreed date. So I asked for my deposit to be refunded. But they have said that they are only giving vouchers to be used in the future. I don't want a voucher, just my deposit returned.
I maintain that the original agreement is null and void as they can't supply the motorhome on the date agreed. They are using coronavirus in order to keep deposits that should be refunded. How can they charge for a service that they can't provide? Surely that is illegal. The normal terms and conditions cannot apply to deposits in this case, as they (Just Go) cannot supply the goods on the agreed date. Avoid these ***

Here is a company using the coronavirus to defraud its customers! Closed agencies do not give the right to a refund. You are treated as if you cancel your reservation and you are reimbursed 50 percent or nothing in 15 days!
