I have had a number of pieces of jewelry repaired or made bespoke and I have always been satisfied with the customer service, advice, speed and quality of the pieces. I would highly recommend and, indeed have done so!

I had ring with stone in that had sentimental value but felt that the design was not to my taste. Sandy spent a lot of time with me suggesting potential designs that could incorporate the stone but using a different setting. She sent this away to her jeweller who came back to say that this would not work, we then spent more time tweaking the design to get it right. Sandy was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the requirements and what would work. When I got the call to come in to view the finished product - it was very a much a wow moment and ring was truly stunning. We can’t thank Sandy enough and we would highly recommend Jordan’s to anyone.

I found the idea gift for my wife for her birthday this month, (June) a pair of ear rings incorporating her birth stones pearl and alexandrite on the internet which in turn lead me to Jordan's and the ordering process was easy.

I cannot fault the service I was given at Jordan’s Jewellers . I took in a silver snake and ball chain which was of great sentimental value . My chain was returned to me within the week and I cannot see where the repair was made . An excellent job at a very reasonable price . The service was friendly , helpful and speedy . I would definitely return . I noticed some lovely earrings there too !

Personally I feel there is no need for improvement. My ring is beautiful, the service and delivery were excellent.
