Even though i contacted him late in the day that he was going on holiday, he sorted my order, communicated with me via email till all was in place, and got the order to me very quickly.
On his first day back he contacted me to ensure the order had arrived and to check i was happy with product (tatami mats) which I was most definitely was.
Just a great service, great product, great price compared to other similar products,.

The mats I ordered are to a really good quality and perfect for our Karate classes. I was also very impressed with the customer service received from the initial enquiry to the delivery date. I will definitely be purchasing more mats in the future and highly recommend them to other martial arts clubs.

Ordered the 20mm Premium Red/Blue high grip jigsaw mats , apart from being more pink than red they seem ok, they were dispatched the next day but DPD lost them somehow and were at their depot for a week called them up but they were useless…I contacted Glenn from British martial arts mats and he sorted it out. Just a shame about the colour being pink…
