Reliably reliable: which is key for airport pickups. Driver picked me up from a difficult location deep in the country, drove carefully and was very helpful.

The driver did not have a working sat nav and did not follow clear directions that we gave the company and so was unable to find our house. He did not introduce himself, did not load our luggage, did not speak to us and needed directions to get back to the M3. When we arrived at LHR he didn't get out of the car and didn't help with our luggage. Or exchange any pleasantries.
This is not the service that we have experienced from other taxi services and seemed very unprofessional. We felt that we could have got an Uber or a friend to take us and we would have had better service. Poor value for money and very disappointing.

Overall, good service as always, however the driver was too frantic. She called or messaged me on WhatsApp SIX times in the 40minutes before pick-up at 06:00am.
Apparently she was in a rush to get to her next client and tried to tell me my pickup was for 05:50am.
Not true.
I did not appreciate being rushed out the door at 6 o’clock in the morning.
