The service was excellent. Our driver was very prompt for our pick-up. He was polite and friendly. The car was very comfortable and the journey smooth. No suggestions for improvements.

My recent trip was excellent as usual. However, I have given 4 stars as on my previous trip I was charged £9 for being over 1hour waiting for my suitcase from my flight. I feel that an hour can be very tight for an international arrival on a large aircraft with many bags to be unloaded. While £9 is not a bank breaking amount, it’s the principle that’s my concern. Also, the driver told me that if I hadn’t paid him, it would have been stopped from his money. As it was, I only had £10 cash on me which was for his tip, so in effect he only had a £1 tip and he was worth more.
I feel one and a half hours would be more acceptable.

Very satisfactory service both legs of our trip to and from Heathrow. As we had a baby we got a bit frazzled about whether you could pride a car seat. Perhaps that should be on initial questionnaire. In the dnd we had acquired a suitable travel seat, but your guys also brought one after my initial request. Such a great helpful service which saved us driving with jet lag! Thank you.
