I have not received my order

I was unable to make my trip due to COVID-19 and returned my voucher as explained in the user guide, but still have not received my refund over a month later. I reached out to the customer service email inbox and they were not able to verify that they received my voucher. Horrible experience.
Such a fantastic way to get around Japan! I am already planning my next trip in a few years!
the pass came in quickly and was very easy to use, I would say a resource more foreigners would appreciate is more guidance on *** *** and how to look up where and when trains are going
I ordered a Sim card from your website. It came in a few days, just in time for my travel. It was a little tricky to set up, but it connected up to the network very quickly.
One feature which I would like to see is one were one can extend the time limit.
Very easy to use. When I had questions, the JR counter person at Narita Airport was very helpful and friendly. I had no problems using the rail pass. Instructions received in the mail was very clear. Price was very affordable. I will definitely continue to utilize Japan Rail Pass for future visits.
The world experienced a pandemic that changed every one's lives. Your policy to not issue a full refund in the light that NO ONE could travel to their intended trips is reprehensible.

The customer service at the pick up location in the Tokyo airport was fantastic! More signs in the airport showing where to pick up the rail pass would be nice since we got lost and had to ask an airport employee for help.
