We only used JE to book the hire car we needed for 4 days (complicated by wanting a one way rental), and for renting the 4G wifi device. *** was wonderfully helpful. The wifi device was the cheapest available and perfect, collected and dropped at the airport easily. We would use JE again!

Called customer support and Japan Experience is taking NO consideration into cancelled trips during this horrible pandemic. I bought 5 JR Passes, 4 of which are for people over 70 (HIGHLY vulnerable to COVID-19). They would not waive the fee which will be over $*** USD and value money over lives.

I used to have to drive to Torrance or Gardena to pick up a JR pass, super excited to have Japan Experience here in long beach. I was in and out in a few minutes. It was inside of wework so I was a bit confused at first but the space is so bright and has an awesome waiting area, great experience.
