1) very noisy room heater
2) Breakfast always equal, same things every day
3) 31 dinner food partially not good
4) need to buy a bottle for 31 midnight cin cin, very expensive dinner with no champagne glass included
5) 31 dinner music too noisy, no possibility to speak at the table
6) 31 dinner music not for the average age of the participants, thus nobody was dancing

È necessaria una piu'frequente manutenzione delle camere,mi riferisco a vasca scrostata,rubinetteria mal funzionante! Particolari importanti che non sono in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel di tale categoria,che risulta decisamente più curato nelle parti esterne( facciata,hall )

Il wifi funzionava a singhiozzo
Il personale delle pulizie parlava a voce alta nei corridoio alle 8:30 del mattino
Mancanzaa di preavviso di interruzione di acqua .

molto gentile l' upgrading da superior room a junior suite. Molto piacevole , ha cambiato il soggiorno avere la bella camera d'angolo. Grazie. Siamo gia clienti fedeli, ma torneremo ancora.

We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was particularly small. The location of the toilet behind the door made for some potentially sore knees.

The staff generally ignore the guests - it should be policy that all staff say good morning etc to guests as they see them in corridors and the lobby etc.
Breakfast area was spoiled by conference delegates filling all the tables - conferences should be kept separately.
But overall a really good place to stay and I would return.
