Bought software for £*** and install will not accept license key. Logged a number of emails and 3 weeks and still nothing. Terrible service. I am trying to get a refund

Used to re purchase AVG. ,as old subscription expiring. Cheaper than Groupon and very convenient.

Absolutely appalling instructions given when sharing family link with others. None of the instructions work, neither did the FAQs on the AVG help page. Spent nearly an hour trying to figure out how to download the product onto my son's mobile and laptop.

Will not be renewing again, despite having been with you for 4 years.

Scam. Took my money, sent link to download which didn’t work. Replies to my messages were totally incomprehensible. I was trying to purchase Photoshop but second of their emails said I was buying Microsoft 365. Avoid these people like the plague. Its a con.

InDownload sent an email reminding me that my Adobe subscription was about to end and offered an excellent renewal price which `i accepted . The code was sent within hours of purchase which was used on the Adobe website with no problems.

Totally satisfied with the product.
It would be good to receive notice that the contract will expire perhaps a week or two before it does.

The offer price to renew office 365 personal has increased by £15 from a email recieved a month previoulsy, with no notification that prices have or were going to change.,

My wife and I have both recently renewed our Microsoft Office 365 Personal and have have found the process of renewing very easy and have found that the price wise very competitive in the market.
However, if we had one critisicm, it would be that both of our renewal prices offerered were different, and only a few weeks apart, maybe you could look at offering one overall price per household, even if renewals were only a few weeks apart?

Easy process and great value for money.
