The ordering process and the mirror itself are very good. It arrived in good condition although the courier didn't bother to ring the bell, they just left it outside under the rain :( Luckily we found it quick enough and moved it before any electrical parts got damaged.
The packaging could be improved a lot more. There is nothing to protect the 4 corners of the mirror, there are some foam a round the edge but it's not enough protection. I bought another large mirror on Amazon and their packaging is far more better and solid. My bathroom fitter made the same comments when unboxing the 2 mirrors.
We didn't install it immediately due to other renovations in the house, we left it in its box with all the original foam and left it lying on the floor in a separate room untouched. Yet when opened there's a small chip in 1 corner which is a real shame.

Great value, easy to hang. I’m really happy with this purchase. It arrived well-packaged with no scratches or cracks. Installation was straightforward, though I’d recommend using heavy-duty wall anchors just to be safe. It looks great in the bathroom and does exactly what it needs to do.

Am delighted with the Corvi Slimline Edge Mirror purchased last week .
Looks better in the flesh. We thought the light feature would be a plastic halo. So was pleasantly surprised as in actual fact the glass itself is frosted/ etched around the border and looks really classy.
Arrived promptly and was securely packaged.

The reason for my 5 stars is:
1. My illuminated morror is beautiful, solid/good quality and seems to work well
2. This company can be trusted to put things right, without making a fuss or being awkward, when things don't go to plan, such as delivery issues. They are what I call a 'decent' company who probably train their staff in customer service skills.

We have purchased two mirrors and one cabinet from Illuminated Mirrors.
The main problems we suffered were logistical, with all products being delayed relative to initial delivery dates. One product arrived broken adding further delays. We were told that the replacement would be shipped with better packaging, but it wasn't.
We asked to avoid a particularly delivery window, but the product was given to the courier for delivery during the window leaving us to contact the courier to delay the delivery.

Regarding the product, the mirrors are good and the LED lighting very effective. The demister pads works nicely, if taking a little while to clear the entire mirror.
However, it is confusing why the required clearance to the IR sensor given in the drawings is 150mm when the sensor range is nearer 50mm.
Also, drawings for one of our products that suggested the IR sensor was on the left of the edge of the mirror were mis-leading as the sensor was on the right. We attempted to clarify the position of the sensor by email before ordering, but after a number of attempts, we gave up as we kept getting a blanket answer of 150mm clearance, wheras what we were interested in was whether a charger cable would reach the place we wanted to stand it.
