As with a number of other customers, I was on the receiving end of the poor organisation this company offers; two mirrors ordered. One arrived as expected, no information about the 2nd one until late that day, advising about another week for the other to arrive. As this was causing issues with when I had fitters at the house, I got in touch to see if it could be pulled forward even by one day and was assured they would try. On the day I was hoping it would despatch, I hadn’t heard anything so got in touch again, and was told they hadn’t been able to improve the date, but was assured it would ship the following day, arriving the day after.

The following day, right at the end of the day, I get a message advising of another 16 days delay, in a tone that was placing just short of placing the blame on the customers (no apology, no offer to try and improve, not even owning that this is basically because they’ve sold products, with a committed delivery date they can’t meet).

If this was a one off, you’d think maybe bad luck, but the negative reviews of this company are all saying the same thing, and the company responds, so they know they’re doing this and either don’t care or can’t be bothered to fix it.

Whilst we are pleased with the half of the order we did received, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We have a replacement from another firm now, which arrived when advised, which has the same functionality and looks just as good. So there are other options.

Unfortunately you will not want my feedback because from the very start it was nothing but excuses as to why you could not deliver on a given date, then you said you would deliver my mirror on 10/06/26, you even sent me a tracking link for DX which when I used it basically said we are waiting for your parcel, when I checked with DX they confirmed they had not received it from you. Then when I phoned you, you said you had not even sent it to DX, yet, so why send me a tracking link? Yet more excuses. So I got my money back and certainly will not be using you again and will recommend the same to all my friends and anyone I know. 😡😡😡

The bathroom cabinet was easy to order online. It arrived in a timely manner. Easy to
Install and really complements our bathroom. It is a quality product and we are delighted with the design features.
The only negative remark would be the use of polystyrene within the packaging.

Purchased a 600 x 700 mirror cabinet with audio via Bluetooth 7 years ago and loved it.
Play my favourite music through it when showering and the sound quality is superb and as loud as one could ever want.
Cabinet itself beautifully made with sensor lighting and demisted mirrors!
My daughter loves it too and easy maintenance!

Ordered nearest size version 2 weeks ago; 650 x 600 above a 600 vanity unit and can’t wait for delivery and install and use in coming week.

I love my pebble mirror . It is a really stylish addition to my lovely new bathrooms (I have it in both my en-suite and main bathroom) and I have received lots of comments. I like the way I can change the lighting from cool to warm white depending on the lighting in the room. I would definitely recommend it
