I don’ receive payment details on mail box
STAY AWAY AFTER PAYING AND PRINTING THE VOUCHER 6 WEEKS LATER RECEIVING EMAIL FROM HOTELSCLICK THEY BOOKED WRONG HOTEL INSTEAD THE ONE I PAID FOR THEIR SOLUTION INSTEAD MY PAID 4 STAR HOTEL *** WAS A 2 STAR HOSTEL NOT HAPPY AT ALL NUMEROUS EMAILS AND NOTHING RESOLVED READING BAD REVIEWS I REALIZED IM NOT THE ONLY ONE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are really sorry about the problem occurred with this booking.

We regret to inform you due to an IT issue the price shown in the website was actually releated to another property, and the booking could not be reconfirmed at the original price.

As per conversation with our customer service we tried to solve the issue dealing with who this concernes but despite all our efforts the only possible option was to refund the original reservation and then rebook.

This site offered the best price so I decided to try it. The confirmation email was simple and checking in the hotel was an easy process and went smoothly.
Easy site to use and room booked was exactly as listed in the hotel when checking in.
We found Hotelsclick so professional.We received our confirmation within mins of booking & our voucher.Best deal on the web...shall definitely use again.

We made a mistake in our booking and tried to cancel intending to rebook including breakfast. We sent an email to you and had no reply to either contact. While not a motor issue we were not impressed
