We found Hotelsclick so professional.We received our confirmation within mins of booking & our voucher.Best deal on the web...shall definitely use again.
I was able to book a hotel on this website that was unavailable any where else, including directly with the hotel. The site was easy to use.

We made a mistake in our booking and tried to cancel intending to rebook including breakfast. We sent an email to you and had no reply to either contact. While not a motor issue we were not impressed

The staff was very helpful when I had questions regarding my reservation. I had a question about my reservation since the names of my family were not noted. Instead it was only in my name that was written 4 times. The staff made the correction and had all my family names in the reservation. Thank you again.
Everything was okay except I called your customer service number but no one answered . I realized if you book for a hotel and you decide to cut short your stay . The hotel will not refund your remaining money but you would have to contact the hotel click to be able to know what could be done . I called several times and no answer
