Beware! Book elsewhere. HotelsClick took our money, made a reservation and then cancelled it. They have yet to refund my $*** USD. I wish I had done my homework prior to booking with them as this seems to happen frequently.
I booked a hotel via HotelsClick.com (ref no. ***) on the 27/10/2018, on the 27/11/2018 I received an email from HotelsClick.com advising me they were cancelling my booking. At that point they advised the refund would take 15 days. I have yet to receive my refund. I have attempted multiple times to contact via email and phone, however, I receive no response via email from the customer support team and I get put on hold for over an hour when I attempt to call.
The site appears to be a scam and I would warn people not to use the site.
I booked and paid in full for a holiday in October. The booking was for June 2019. Hotelsclick contacted me in November to say they were having Technical issues and I needed to check with the hotel regarding my booking. Hotel confirmed that Hotelsclick.com had cancelled it.
I have tried for the last 20 working days to get a reply and refund. They don't answer the emails or the phone. Beware these guys are scammers.
The hotel room was spacious & very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious. Room service was excellent. The reception was very professional. Highly recommended & would go there again. Very central to everything. Lots of restaurants all around.
The experience with Hotelsclick.com for me was excellent. The price was very low and the hotel was great, from check in until we left a week later. I will use Hotelsclick again.
This was the first time I used HotelsClick.com and I was greatly satisfied. I got a very good price for my room. On two occasions I had to correspond with HotelsClick.com customer service. They were pleasant to deal with, helpful and very quick to respond.No drama and no problems.
