I could not use a discount code (***). I appreciate this is not a huge amount of money, however as you will see from an email and pdf screen print from my husband's email *** you will see the discount was applied but "disappeared" on the payment page. I would be obliged if you would honour this and make adjustment to me booking. I was also disappointed to hear that one of your assistants spoke with my husband earlier today, put him on hold for over five minutes and then hung up. Other than that the booking went relatively smoothly to which I am grateful.
I found site navigation a little difficult, and made a mistake on the dates I booked. instead of booking for 16-17 Feb, I booked 16-17 March.. I only realised this on the booking confirmation email. I tried calling the call centre, which was of very poor quality, I could hardly hear the robot on the other end.
Anyway I got online and found the my booking tab, went on there and cancelled the booking to rebook again, and it was cancelled and a full refund was given within minutes.
I will now be doing another booking for the correct dates, through this company and website. I was truly happy with service and speed of the refund, and the fact that I got a refund.

not used hotelopia for years,but this time they were the best value,there is one hotel site that offers a free night after booking 10,but the price means you are getting nothing free at all..
Very good experience, but confirmation window did not appear. Just a blank white screen. I have recieved email confirmation, so my booking is confirmed.
