quick and good serivce
very good service , excellent food, beautiful view and beach
It was very easy to make a booking
When we arrived at the hotel almost close to midnight, I realised Hotelopia cancelled our room without any notification. There were a number of other guests who had the same issue. There was a price hike in Hongkong that week.
Almost a year has passed, they yet to refund us. Waiting for their reply can take forever. I suggest tourist book from reputable websites.
Hotelopia is fine... with one annoying exception.

Idioms a hotelopia discount code on the web which i put in the discount code section of the bookings page. This was accepted(6% off) the new final total was displayed . I then pressed enter to put my credit card details in. At this point a random message appeared " the value of this line is "0"
...thats all. I then tried to go back tp the previous page but it just aborted the whole booking! I had to commence the whole process again. Very annoying amd no explanation!
Website was failing when at the payment page for me over different web browsers, devices and days, which yes isn’t ideal but happens but the customer service that surrounded it was incompetent and time wasting.
Your website was fine and easy to navigate but I had a problem because I could not pay for my booking with my credit card on your website, even though I waited nearly 1/2 hour for the transaction to be confirmed.
I had to re-do my booking and pay via paypal. This was fine and worked in seconds.

Good value rooms
Some staff have abrupt attitude others there just to do minimum not helpful. I was informed that hotel policy is to clean room after 4 days not sooner if you want room cleaned or bedding changed you must pay €*** each time. This is small studio room with microwave cooker and sink. Breakfast is just a joke.if you order breakfast and you are lucky you will get paper bag containing croissant, bun with butter and jam and satchet of coffee for you to make it yourself in the room.
Website a little to busy..Keep in simple.
