Straight forward easy booking.
I was pleased with the price and booking ease. Hopefully it will be a complete success when we arrive at our destination and check in.

I got my reservation fairly easily. But when I showed up at the hotel, they said while my name was in the listing in the computer that I did NOT have reservation at that Hampton Inn. They were full up and had no room for me that night. I should have been notified by Hotelopia where I was transferred to BUT that never happened. The numbers on my paperwork did not get answered. My payment was through the bank OK but I had to sleep on the floor. I have sent emails, and tried repeatedly to get through to someone on the phone BUT to no avail. I will have to get my card company to try to get my money for fraud--not getting the service of a hotel room.
Didn't realize the service was overseas
I got a great price on a hotel, I am thrilled about that. But it took about 10 attempts, going through the entire booking process to actually book the hotel room.
I have problems in using my reservation, i already paid but the recepcionist says we dont have any reservation.
I had to try 4 times to make the reservation, but the prices are really good so it was worth to keep trying.
