The provider hotelopia do not response to my e-mails, I have cancelled the booking since April 1st and till now the refund didn't received on my credit card. I have sent several mails to ask about the refund but no answer or response.
I got a confirmation and I did not make the booking!
While receiving the booking confirmation after making the payment, it was mentioned that the booking could be cancelled or to have surcharge because of my nationality.
This point wasn't clear during the online booking and just popped up after the payment transaction.
It is really very offensive, and I don't know what is the status of my booking.
The order was processed immediately and all the information received through email in a matter of minutes. I had no problem on arriving at the hotel, and they did not even demand my printed voucher, although I gave it to the receptionist.
I put in all of the information required then my browser went to a blank screen for about 3 - 4 minutes. In my experience it usually doesn't take that long to process so I quit the browser window and started again then my email beeped to indicate an incoming email...yours.
It was my third try.
I've paid for my Hotel in Thailand fully, but NEVER received a Hotel voucher despite my two emails asking for it.
I would NEVER book anything with Hotelopia again.

Your cheating i ask for family room and got standard. Suppose inclusive breakfast but none. Dont promise if you cannot fulfill. To whom can i report this. Guess to police???
