Quicker response by telephone, please. I keep getting disconnected and then lose my place in the queue. The staff member has not rung me back since I was disconnected!!!

Newsletter offering 10% discount was sent, but code was invalid despite all terms and conditions being met.

Booking went down through payment,but email confirmation sent,so I am assuming this has been booked.

Fast and easy
I did call your hot line for clarifying the no. of beds in a double room of the hotel, before formal booking. The staff insisted that she can only check for me when I gave the booking reference no. to her. It doesn't make sense for me to purchase the room before her clarification.

She also requested me to send an email to her, but there is no email address in the website except the customer services hotline. I believe that her English is not good enough for taking the note (name of the hotel in English).
- Room was not the same as room pictured on the booking. I thought I was getting an apartment style. Got 1 small room

- I booked parking, only to discover that parking was not included in my booking

- It was not made clear to me when I booked that there would be a further $*** deposit held on the room
