I have confirm booking fully paid on line with booking reference *** Upon checking in close to midnight and was advice that Hotelopia has cancelled the booking due security reason, I was not at all advice even thru email that my booking was arbitrarily cancelled,It is very embarrassing to my foreign guest who I'm sponsoring that the booking was canceled, Not to mention that I have book and stayed at the same hotel 4 days earlier using the same credit card and thru online and has other booking on other hotel. End up paying more and the embarrassment I have suffered.is this really the policy of your company
This is a complain about another booking I made for tonight october 13 under booking no. *** and it was cancelled without any notice.

The booking I made was for my foreign consultant and upon checking in by 11PM tonight, he was informed that my reservation was cancelled due to security reason. This is very unacceptable & very shameful on my part. i did not expect that this would happen considering they already emailed the confirmation & receipt.

With this, please make clarifications how do you go about reservations and cancelled it without prior notice.

For my booking succesfully on date before check in, when arrived cititel express kota kinabalu, chenking in with receptionist they are no booking under tiong ing hiung, i was disapointed and double check with my reference ***, most of the booking reference is totally diference than this number.
now my payment is making twist, please tell me how can i made refund. thanks and appreciate if you can assistance on this matter.

Booking process was very good, lowest price I found. All documents sent right away. I have not yet checked into the hotel. Therefore I cannot comment about the hotel yet.
