First time I booked a hotel with this site. I choose this site because I have a MyAXA Fildelity card to get the discount of ***. However, I don't see any trace of this discount in my voucher.
-Some of prices are lower than other websites and some of them are much higher.
- I like the idea of giving tax incursive prices. It makes comparisons much easier.
- I like the Pay pal option.
- it is rather difficult to find my booking. I have to find your reservation email and place the info. Properly giving your clients the option of creating an account would be a great add on
- Some times I find hotels variety is limited in certain areas.

Easy process, but my one concern is whether the end result will be my desired hotel.I am impressed with the ease of booking, and if it all works out, I'll be back!
I tried to make my order starting from 16.30 Latvia time on 17 of november till 21.30!!! I started to fulfil all lines and when I saw transfer`s order,I open that offer,made my offer,but after COULDN`T BACK TO MY ORDER OF HOTEL!I started from begin again and had to write long note for hotel service am I ordered transfer or not! I still don`t know it and still am in stress for that.
Other-after fulfilling order I tried to make my payment endless times till 21.30,but couldn`t as,card it was not possible to authorize.Several times I called my bank and asked is it all ok with my Mastercard,bank confirmed,that all ok,But your payment sisteme didn`t let to authorize my card.Maybe your payment system works just till 17.00?Just today at 18 of November,when again I had to make my reservation from "0",I could at last to pay for my reservation!!!Before this experience I had make many reservations on sites of another companies,but first time I went through such hell-almost 1 working day for making a reservation!
Nr.of my reservation *** in ***.I would like to receive your answer about those problems,including my order of transfer-how to make it on your site without getting out of site of reservation hotel,where I can see my transfer reservation now,if it still exists or I can make transfer order again and how to do that here?
The prices,of hotels are great,what offer your site,and I would love to be your client on future,just wouldn`t like such kind of reservation as I had.

reason behind after 10 hours flight we reached at hotel and they didn't have reservations so it took some hours to confirm
Easy to use for booking hotel. Wish you sold the flights too! Would make booking a whole lot easier! Confirmation text confirming booking has come through as I type this.
