I have received a warning from you that our address is not known to the transporter, so I wrote to you and to UPS trying to prevent a case where the goods would come back to you as undelivered. Our address is the same since *** and it is a hotel in the city . But I have never understood what was the problem, as the address was correct and the goods arrived well. I am writting this for you to check with UPS for their initial comment on the address and how they decide that it is not correct? I am sure that there is some ai involved, and you should try to check the addresses the same way as they do it, so it will be all clear from the beginning. Now why this is important? I have example : when I have bought for UK a used switchboard (Phone exchange system) import taxes were involved. Transporter's customs broker, did not contact the mobile phone number or e-mail given to ask for the payment of the customs duties and return the packet to the shippers. This was not good for us, and when I got your notice I thought that we ran the same risk.
