Ordered a boot liner, seat and tailgate protectors together with the free bumper flap. I just fitted it all today and found the process and guidance really easy to follow. The liners are perfectly fitted to my car and are obviously made of top quality materials. I ordered the non-fitted seat flap which, on reflection was a mistake, as it doesn’t fit around the headrests and really reduces visibility through the rear view mirror. My mistake and I’ll need to order the fitted one retrospectively. Delighted with my purchase.

I liked that if you wasn't sure which boot you had, the option for i don't know was there and quickly got the email and still being unsure, janine who emailed was so nice, patient and even said I could submit a picture to ensure I picked the right one which was beyond helpful, it arrived quickly and fits perfectly in my boot and I don't have to worry about muddy paws!

It was super easy to use your website and find the right Hatchbag for my vehicle. Even easier to customise my order and complete the purchase. Comms afterwards was spot on and the delivery was nice and quick. My only slight disappointment was with the standard of the fitting instructions. Whilst the info was sufficient and easy to follow, the design/layout of them felt a little simple. I also received 2 pages that covered the same steps, but they differed from each other at various points.
The extra “test” strips of Velcro were great addition touch of thoughtful consideration and much appreciated.

Website clearly laid out, and I was able to identify which boot liner and accessories I needed for my car. Customer support excellent, and they were able to help me with my enquiries very easily.
