I found the gold process for purchasing gold sovereigns to be straightforward and backed up by sales personnel who were patient and easy to talk to on the telephone.

The only thing that would have helped was being advised on the age / year of coins being supplied. This was something in hindsight I should have asked.

Absolutely brilliant - they are very prompt to respond, the site and the navigation and the choices for storage or shipping are well laid out. I intend to keep using Gold Core for a very long time. If you open an account - there is an account manger to help you with queries - that was really helpful.
