I ordered an item from the website - without the offer of an alternative the order was cancelled. I sourced my own alternative from the website and the same again. My emails have not been ignored
All items I ordered were out of stock, but remained advertised on line and payment was accepted. Waiting to check my refund paid.
Spent ages finding site which said it had all three items. Checked out. Set up account.First working day afterwards got automated message to say there’s no stock and I’ve been refunded. Time wasters.
Very poor customer service, website very inflexible, rang and e-mailed numerous times and left messages but did not receive any response. Had to cancel the order and order elsewhere.
If you do not have enough stock how was I able to place the order in the first place, this should not be possible. Secondly, why then send this survey request
Quick efficient service. Excellent product.
It would be very useful to be allowed to designate a delivery address that is not the same as the billing address. Otherwise the service is excellent.
