the new Dubai plate numbers (BB, CC, DD ...) are not implemented in the registration procedure, so it is impossible to complete the upload of the documents and the purchase of the policy.

The Al Khuwair branch experience was terrible, there were two people, not interested in helping at all and highly inefficient. Mr.*** at the head office was very efficient and followed up well.

The processs of renewing car insurance was very customer friendly. I highly appriciate the simplicity of providing a link in sms reminder that simply took me to the payment. If I would list any minor incovinience, it would be following email exchange requiring sending of Emirates ID and Car ID to issue insurance. I belive this requirement should be provided right away so once the payment is done the customer can assume the insurance is issued.
