It took several follow up emails and 8 days to get the payment link which was surprising because i renewed another policy a few weeks earlier and the process was very smooth and quick

Renew through email link and try to confirm via whatsapp but no response. It is methrash anyway.
I sent the QID through email as requested but no confirmation received or not.
My vehicle remained in the workshop for more than 30 days. After the vehicle was delivered, I found several serious issues that are still not properly resolved:
The paint work was not completed properly and is peeling. My original car color is dark blue, but after repair I noticed many white dots all over the vehicle. It appears that another vehicle was painted near my car, causing paint contamination on my vehicle.
The workshop replaced my original water pump with a second-hand defective water pump. This caused several problems, including high engine temperature and battery drainage. The defective pump continued running even when the vehicle was switched off, which drained the battery.
Although I repeatedly reported this issue to both GIG and the repair workshop, the matter remained unresolved for many days.
After I informed GIG that I may take legal action, I was instructed to take the vehicle myself to another repair shop to replace the water pump. The pump was then replaced with a new one, and the continuous running issue was solved. However, GIG refused to reimburse me for the new battery that I had to replace at my own cost due to the defective used water pump installed by the repair workshop.
The repair workshop also replaced the engine thermostat with a second-hand part. The vehicle is still sometimes experiencing high engine temperature, which indicates that the thermostat is defective and must be replaced with a new original or approved part.
I was only compensated with a delay penalty for 7 days, although the vehicle remained in the workshop for more than 30 days.
In conclusion, the paint issue remains unresolved, the engine temperature issue is still present, and the thermostat must be replaced with a new part, not a used or defective one. The handling of this case by the workshop and the concerned GIG personnel has been unprofessional and unacceptable.
I request GIG to take immediate action to resolve all remaining issues, including proper repainting/paint correction, replacement of the defective thermostat with a new part, reimbursement of the battery cost, and review of the delay compensation.
Please provide me with a written response and a clear plan to resolve this matter urgently.
