It took several emails and phone calls just to obtain a quotation. After that, *** *** took over, and everything progressed quickly and smoothly with her - she's AMAZING!!!!!. The sales experience with her has been excellent!!!! However, aside from that, the company’s handling of reassigning us to a new account/sales manager was poor and lacked proactivity.
